It was our second time placing Lulu at Milo Pet Hotel and as always they have been the best any cat parents could have ever asked for! 😸 Lulu was extremely well taken care of - we were frequently updated with lovely pictures which helped us keep our minds at ease while away from our baby. Our cat came home relaxed and happy😄

We had the best experience with Milo Pet Hotel! My dog came back happy, exhausted (from all the fun!), and clearly well-cared for. The staff is amazing and sent me adorable pictures throughout her stay. I will definitely bring her back next time we need a doggy hotel!

Robair, Maria & their staff are all stars! They took such wonderful care of my 3 dogs and made AMAZING progress with their training in just two weeks. I am so impressed, and I felt so comfortable leaving my babies in their care. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and it’s clear they really love dogs. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

My wife and I walked out of a Tbilisi bathhouse on our honeymoon and a street cat full of heart jumped on our shoulders with unconditional affection. That's how he became Sam, a family member. Except for the practicalities of two Estonians accidentally adopting an unexpected feline with no paperwork while being on a temporary marriage-related stayover abroad. It's surprisingly complicated to orchestrate a psychologically safe export of a street animal from outside of the EU into the EU, logistically, legally and practically speaking. Without Milo's, this would not have been possible. The kind and nurturing folks at Milo's helped out by parenting young Sam while my wife and I returned to Estonia to draw up the paperwork and wait out the Estonian gatekeep period for importing wild animals from a "high rabies risk country". Not really true anymore by recent statistics in my opinion, but the law is the law. So our adopted kitten had to grow up at Milo's. We then transported him in what, quite literally, became a hot shitbox over a 15-hour journey by plane and train to his new home in Tallinn. This would have been a traumatising experience to any cat, possibly breakingly so. But thanks to Sam's resilient street character as well as his psychological preparation from the gentle care received at Milo's, Sam actually returned the happiest cat on the planet, scars merely cosmetic. Attached are two stickers showing Sam in Georgian Home mode (before boarding at Milo's) and Travel mode, and also some photos documenting Sam's wellbeing after 3 months of Milo's summer camp and 1-2 hours after arrival. He purrs and purrs and purrs. A joy forever that our family would not have been able to receive without Milo's stepping in with housing, parenting, exercising and local paperwork. Always responsive on WhatsApp, received personal attention from the Managing Director, and the cat minders all seemed loving and attached. Best option I could find in Tbilisi as a non-local, I evaluated four alternative options prior. Good experience overall 😊

The team at Milo’s took great care of my Rex while I was on vacation out of the country for a week! Rex wasn’t feeling well a few days into the stay, so the team took him to the vet (with my consent, of course) and got him what he needed asap. I’m so grateful for their attentive care! Rex can be a bit shy with new people but when I went to pick him up, he was clearly comfortable with the staff, so he must’ve been well loved. I will use their services again when I travel!
